RELA is a web-based system that has been specially developed for car dealerships to efficiently organize the wheel storage and retrieval processes at the wheel storage service provider. As web-based software, RELA offers the advantage that it can be accessed at any time and from anywhere without installation.

With its process-oriented structure, the system ensures a high level of process reliability while maximizing performance for smooth management and control of tire storage as a service.

Simplified wheel handling with labels

Thanks to modern technologies such as barcode scanners and labels, you can save valuable time not only during the wheel change season. With these tools, wheels can be professionally stored and retrieved in record time, significantly speeding up your processes. Even the wheel inventory is child’s play and can be carried out in just 3 hours for around 1000 wheel sets.

Special labels ensure that all wheels are perfectly labeled. These are generated and printed out by DEPOT before storage by the employee in the dealership in order to label the customer wheels accordingly before storage. This ensures smooth and precise identification of the wheels.

No system break or duplicate data entry

Data protection-relevant customer and vehicle data, such as the vehicle identification number and the license plate number, are exchanged bidirectionally between ATBAS DEPOT and the external RELA software. An analog transfer of this data is no longer necessary. These measures enable precise identification.

Optimized wheelset marketing

All tools for tire sales are already built into ATBAS DEPOT. With just a few mouse clicks, you can create evaluations and statistics on worn and damaged tires. With another click of the mouse, you can create new offers for your customers. A function for professional tracking of the offer is also built in. This way, you will never miss out on a tire deal again!

Start of storage	Automatic querying of a wheel pass number in RELA by ATBAS enables a continuous digital process
Services	e.g. washing, balancing are synchronized in ATBAS, automatic transfer and assignment of the service type to the wheel pass number in the system and printing on the corresponding storage label
Billing system incl. price scale	Supports the billing and controlling of the various RELA service types, corresponding storage label can be printed on
Cancel putaway process	Duplicate or incorrectly created putaway processes are canceled if necessary Process is also canceled by ATBAS in RELA* (* only valid for wheels that have not been picked up)
Store complete winter wheels directly with the storage service provider without any detours	Only maintenance of the chassis number in RELA, the assignment of the remaining customer and vehicle data is automated via the ACCD/ACTS interface
Generate pick-up order	Pick-up order is triggered by scanning the storage label directly on the wheel
Canceling a pick-up order	Cancellation of an already ordered wheel collection at the dealership in special cases
Send vehicle data to RELA	High data quality and enormous time savings, as manual maintenance is no longer necessary (can be activated administratively)
Send + query wheelset data & tire wear	Wheelset data and tire wear and damage are synchronized between ATBAS and RELA depending on the service type/billing package
Send DMS order number	DMS order number is transferred for better assignability in the billing process
Automatic status update	The automatic update takes place at regular intervals (every 15 minutes by default) for more transparency in the overall process
Photos via URL	Photos from the RELA system are displayed via URL in the ATBAS DEPOT and displayed as QR codes on storage and offer documents
Requesting stored wheelsets	Stored wheelsets can be requested directly by ATBAS in RELA for the demand and customer appointment without system interruption
Change \| cancel request	Changing or canceling an already ordered wheel request at the dealership in special cases
Request your own storage (via scheduling system or ATBAS DEPOT) to the partner business	A partner company can request its own storage processes via the scheduling system, enables direct delivery of the bikes to the partner company
Complete synchronization of active putaways during initial commissioning	When the ACCD/ACTS API is activated, all active putaways in RELA can initially be synchronized by the putaway service provider, no additional data synchronization necessary and fast onboarding
